Taylor Swift 'Bad Blood' Music Video gets Custom Emoji
Taylor Swift now has her personal custom emoji. The ‘hashflag’
will automatically pop up on Twitter whenever a person uses the hashtag
#BadBloodMusicVideo to help build anticipation for music video “Bad Blood”.

The emoji is a bandaid with a bullet hole in the middle, a nod to the lyric that says “Band-Aids don’t fix bullet holes”. The #BadBloodMusicVideo emoji will only be available
today. It’s believed Twitter has introduced custom emojis to
capitalize on big events. Last night, Taylor Swift premiered her much-hyped music
video at Billboard Music Awards.
The music video “Bad
Blood” features collaborator Kendrick Lamar and a host of female ‘superhero’
celebrities, Selena Gomez, Jessica Alba, Lena Dunham, Ellie Goulding, Cara
Delevingne, Hailee Steinfeld, Zendaya and Cindy Crawford. Taylor Swift playing
alter ego, Catastrophe, and the girls hash it out superhero female style in
front of a backdrop of fire.
The music has a more electronic remix feel, possibly due to Tay-Tay’s
new boyfriend, Calvin Harris' influence. The
song is believed to be about Katy Perry after she allegedly tried to sabotage
Taylor’s entire arena tour by ‘stealing’ dancers.
Taylor revealed in an exclusive article with the Rollingstone
"She tried to hire a bunch of people out from
under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational — you would not believe how
much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't
like it."
It was definitely Tay-Tay’s night as she won; Top Artist,
Top Female Artist, Billboard Chart Achievement, Top Billboard 200 Album, Top
Billboard 200 Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Digital Song Artist and Top
Streaming Song (Video). Eight accolades!
