Facebook Shows Users A Personal Year In Review
A Facebook ‘Year In Review’ feature gives users the ability to see their top moments and stories on the social platform’s Timeline from the past year.
Noticeably from the offset users can see a rotating collage of significant pictures from throughout the year. Directly below this you will see how many friends that you have added over the past 12 months and how many different pages you have liked.
The perceived “20 biggest moments” of your Facebook year will then be displayed.
Facebook claims that the highlighted content includes “life events, posts you’ve highlighted, popular posts you’ve been tagged in, and popular posts you’ve shared.”
The year in review will undoubtedly be more impressive if you are a regularly active Timeline user who personalises stories and content to make their page feel more individual.
To access the feature, log into Facebook and go to facebook.com/yearinreview to see your very own personalised Timeline review for 2012.
