Pampers say #EveryBaby is Royalty
saatchi.com |
In the fashion of 'One Born Every Minute' we see women
popping out babies left, right and centre. Here’s a quick warning: this video
probably isn't for the squeamish.
Their new promotion is saying that every baby is a
prince or princess. Cute right?
Pampers are also encouraging people to share their new born
stories with the #everybaby hashtag which is associated with the giant nappy brand.
The video is a brief, 90 second glimpse into these real people’s lives. It is a touching and clever concept which highlights how important these new-borns are to us. Whilst the rest of the Nation were sitting at home obsessing over a royal baby we might just see on the telly in a minute, who was celebrating the births of the 2000 other cuties born on the same day? Well Pampers were.

"We're incredibly proud of this unique project as by filming in real-time with expectant families, we were able to mirror the journey being featured in the news, enabling the nation to celebrate as one, by shining a light on every single baby being born at the same time."- Peter Yorke, Pampers brand director.
The short film is directed by award-winning
documentary maker Elizabeth Stopford. She filmed the footage during the same 24
hours that Kate and Wills were going the birth of their own daughter.
Putting these mums and dads on the same level as the
Duke and Duchess of Cambridge encourages parents all over to remember how precious their baby is.
On top of the online
campaign, Pampers plan to donate 100k nappies to NCT this month. NCT is the UK’s
largest parenting charity and will allocate these nappies to families who need
them. This rare opportunity of a royal baby was seized by Pampers and celebrated in a loving, unique and completely unforgettable way.
