Twitter Listens Up To Kim Kardashian's Bright Idea

Who knew that Kimmy K was beauty and brains incarnate?

Us Twitter users all had a mutual understanding that when a mistake was made in a tweet, you simply had to delete it or live in the moment and embrace the humiliation as the keyboard warriors come a'trolling.

But it was the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star who finally asked for help. And you know what they say, "Ask and it will be given to you, especially if you're a beautiful woman who also happens to be known for her Krazy amount of followers."

Kim simply sent an email to Twitter and before we knew it, she had received a response from Twitter's co-founder:

Now, if you ask me, this can't have been the first time someone's come up with the idea for an edit tool on Twitter. They can't have overlooked one of the key elements of social networking that Facebook and Instagram has had in place for a while now, could they?

Speculation continues as users wonder whether Kim really is a social media maverick or if Twitter have been developing this tool in their own time for months. Who knows? Who cares?

As long as we get that editing tool pronto, I don't mind.

What Kim has done that is actually very smart is showing her followers what Twitter is all about.

Like I said earlier, "Ask and you shall receive."

Twitter is one of the best social media sites for communication, despite being the only one that strictly limits how many characters you use. Yet, for some reason, most of us completely miss that. As many as 80% of users don't use Twitter to communicate, they use it to read news, laugh at silly pictures and retweet meaningful wise-words.

So, under the influence of Kim, we should begin to voice our opinions more. When you have an idea for Starbucks, you let them know that orange juice and spaghetti hoops make a mean frappe. What about Tesco, when you want to tell them that their trolley wheels could be fixed with a dab of unicorn's tears. Do it!

Do  you see what I'm saying? Don't go mad, or you'll end up with haters hating. But why, in this land of free speech and instant access to the big boys, do we keep silent with our ideas?

P.s.
I'm sorry for the amount of contact Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter, will be getting now. Once a celebrity/public figure shows their willingness to communicate with us little people - that's when everyone wants a slice. Good luck Jack.
