The Best Halloween Makeup Tutorials on YouTube
Victor Nogueira
Victor has tons of Halloween-inspired videos, and his work is simply incredible! With nearly 80,000 subscribers and over 1.5 million views, it seems I'm not the only one to think so. Other subjects Victor transforms himself into are Freddy Krueger, Jigsaw, and even a 'magic tree'. We particularly enjoyed his Joker makeup - check it out here:Roxxsaurus
Roxxsaurus is a UK-based vlogger who provides everyday makeup tutorials, but in the run-up to Halloween she ups the ante and tries some festive looks. Her videos are much more realistic to be able to copy, and do not require specialist tools or products. There is a greater focus on makeup that compliments your costume, but doesn't make it entirely. Her 'Maleficent' is pretty magnificent:Elliemacs SFX makeup
Words fail me with this one. If you want to make sure nobody else has the same Halloween idea as you, then a killer snail is probably a good bet. This channel, by Swedes Ellinor Rosandor and Macs Moser, provides a comprehensive library of Halloween-inspired, all equally as horrifying as each other. If a killer snail isn't your thing, then how about a gelatine zombie? Or even the 'Kim Kardashian taped on face'? Whatever you're into, this channel is sure to have something to inspire your Halloween look this year.Getting Pretty
If channelling viral sensations if more your thing than scary, then Brittany's channel is definitely for you. The YouTuber has started a barrage of Snapchat-inspired puking rainbow make-up, which is so bad it's good. A member of the site since 2012, the blogger has notched up over 6,000,000 views. The 'Getting Pretty' channel seems much more catered to your everyday viewer, with many of the styles shown easy to copy, and videos for the last-minute party prepper.Christen Dominique
Christen's videos are highly stylised - her vampire make up tutorial has a scary cinematic intro to introduce her tutorial. Her make up style is slick and easy to copy, and she even has a video dedicated to popular Snapchat lenses.
